I love the little thoughtful gifts that people give at Christmas. These are the gifts so far that have blessed my heart.
Sophie making cards daily to give away to everyone that crosses her path. I have a drawer full so far.
Aunt Sandy stopped by and brought beautifully decorated Christmas cookies that were mostly gone by the time I got home from work and a new pair of Christmas Stockings for Sophie. Sophie has worn them everyday. She loves them and I love seeing her in them because they are so darn cute!
These two ornaments were sent to me by my dear friends Kim & Connie who I traveled to China with. That experience has bonded us for life and every year when their gifts come I remember how blessed I am to have them. They make my heart smile.
This cupcake ornament was given to me by my friend Cynthia. We work together and she is truly one of the sweetest ladies I know. She has lived through some tough life circumstances but remains so positive and kind hearted. The guys at work all love and respect Miss Cynthia. She chose the ornament for me because I bring cupcakes into work a lot and I always let her choose first before I let the Firemen get into them. She asked me if she could get Sophie something and of course I said yes. She gave her a little baby panda bear that cries when you rub his tummy. Sophie loves him and carries him around constantly.
These are just a few of the things that have made me smile so far this Christmas.
